FAQ: What size are they? ANSWER: Unfortunately due to the complexity of the graphics we only offer 1 size.

FAQ: What are they made of? ANSWER: We have three types

1. Premium Paper:- The banners are printed directly on 90gsm premium photo paper. This paper has a special layer of RTG on top that increases the intensity of colours, quality of graphics and photos. They look amazing..

2. Semi Gloss (Satin) Card Stock:- A Semi Gloss (Satin) finish, complemented with waterproof ink & that will leave your guests breathless...

3. Fabric:- This is an OUTDOOR &/or INDOOR non tear, waterproof fabric, with a resin coated top that enhances the waterproof ink colour & gives it a silky high definition look, these will have everyone talking..

 

Proofing Terms & Conditions:

If you have selected to receive a proof, the following conditions apply.

  • Selecting a proof can delay your order by up to 2 working days, so please do not select unless you have time for your order.
  • You have up to 3 working days to approve the proof, otherwise it will be deemed to be OK & will be sent according to the time frame selected.
  • Customers using a hot-mail, live-mail, g mail, yahoo or similar FREE email accounts should check their junk folder as emails are usually directed to this.
  • We will not be held responsible if your email client rejects our emails, or the email address supplied is wrong or miss-pelt, furthermore it is your responsibility to contact us if you are concerned about your proof or other contact email, not having been received.
  • Proofs usually take 1 - 3 working days to complete if you have not received a proof within this time frame please contact us otherwise it will be deemed to be OK & you order will be sent.
  • Proofs not replied to within the time frame given (as stated above) cannot be claimed as not approved.

FAQ: Why can't I edit & proof directly Online? ANSWER: Our birthday banners are very complexed & involve all sorts of shadings, backgrounds, blends etc.. Even some the text or fonts are unique in design. We are the experts, you are paying for a quality banner so let us do it for you. We will balance & fit so it does not go off the page or double type over its own text. We ask a small amount for a proof as these are involve turning a complexed .SVG (scalable vector graphic) file into .BMP (bitmap) file. However, rest assured if your spelling & details are correct you won't need one. The banner you have chosen will be exactly the same, but of course with your details supplied.

FAQ: Proofing Terms ANSWER: We pride ourselves in getting our banners to you as quickly as possible, so if you have selected proofing please get back to us ASAP after we send proof, this way we can start printing. TERMS for same day or express proofing:- If you have ordered EXPRESS service, we need your approval by 10am on the day your banner is due to be posted. If we do not receive a response from you, we reserve the right to print & post your banner without your approval of proof, so you are able receive on *time (*Same day print, dispatch terms & Conditions apply, see below). You will not be entitled to a refund if this is the case.

FAQ: What payments do you accept ANSWER: We take all major credit cards, through our secure payment provider (PayMate), We also accept PayPal, just select the payment option upon checkout. We will also accept Direct Bank Deposits (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer. AUSTRALIAN SHOPPERS ONLY.

FAQ:: How are they shipped? ANSWER: ALL BANNERS are now shipped EXPRESS with Australia Post (Australia Only). We only charge you for the standard postal rate.

Banners are carefully rolled into a heavy duty box..

We also lightly crease into envelope option, only available with our 90gsm photo paper banners. Banners are folded three times & placed in a envelope box.

FAQ: Where is my Item? ANSWER: All Banners (apart from envelope postage) are track-able within Australia, you will be sent an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by going to this link. http://auspost.com.au/track/ & enter the tracking number given.

FAQ: How long do they take? ANSWER: Banners take 3 Working days or unless stated otherwise (due to system upgrades, holidays, etc..) UNLESS YOU select fro our faster options, if options available) to make, PLUS the EXPRESS postage time to get to you:

All orders are track-able and will take (see below):

Vic - 1 EXPRESS = 1 Working Day. Please add an extra day if remote.

NSW or ACT - EXPRESS = 1 to 2 Working Days. Please add a few extra days if remote.

SA or TAS - EXPRESS = 1 to 2 Working Days. Please add a few extra days if remote.

QLD - EXPRESS = 1 to 2 Working Days. Please add 3 to 4 extra days if remote or 7 days if very remote.

WA or NT EXPRESS = 1 to 2 Working Days. Please add up to 7 extra days if very remote.

Worldwide = Express not availabe. Will take 7 - 45 Days days. New Zealand 7-14 Days. USA Canada 14 - 20 Days. REST OF World 20 - 45 Days. NOTE: If ordering from out of Australia please make sure you allow at least 30 days for package to arrive. We cannot be held responsable if it arrives late.

HOWEVER they can be printed & shipped *Same Day (if ordered before 10am working day) *extra charges & **conditions (see below) apply.

FAQ: Do you give refunds? ANSWER 1: We do not give refunds, unless the reason is due to our negligence or if the item is faulty under Australian consumer law. If your item arrives late, then you should contact Australia Post as the have a postage guarantee rebate. We may give a credit at our discretion.

ANSWER 2: The Banners are made to order & therefore cannot be resold. If the spelling mistake was ours IE: If you submitted the name as Harry & we printed Hary, then we would reprint and send for FREE. Please Note: Before printing Banners we normally check your submitted details & would contact you if we find an odd submission like, Age: 21rd or Hapy Birhday, but please understand that we can also miss these mistakes & cannot be held responsible if the mistake was made by you (customer), we normally offer a reprint at a special price for you. Always check your spelling & if you find a mistake please contact us ASAP so we can change the error. In non busy periods your banner could be printed within a few hours, so please call us on Ph: (08) 8569 9951 during business hours.

FAQ: My banner was damaged on arrival, what should I do? ANSWER: All our Banners are carefully rolled into the box and checked for any creases or faults. If the box is not squashed or dented then please send us a photo of the box & banner and we will be in contact with you to arrange a possible reprint. If the box arrives damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT or alternatively if it is only slightly dented write STI (subject to inspection) when signing for it. You can then claim up to $50 through Australia Post.

Photo Questions?

After your order has been placed we will send you an email. you can reply to that email & attach your photo. WE WILL NOT PRINT YOUR banner UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR PHOTO.

Photo terms & Conditions: The photo should be in a reasonable resolution.
Images taken from a website might look good on screen but when they are printed the can look blurry or pix-elated. If the image is around 300kb - 1mb in size it is usually considered good high quality anything below 50kb is considered very low quality. The MAXIMUM SIZE, WE ACCEPT IS 2mb.

We have two photo options NORMAL Photo Placement or Cropped & BLENDED option.

NORMAL PHOTO TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE NOTE, WE WILL PRINT WHATEVER YOU SEND & will not know what it will look like until after printing, we cannot crop or do anything with the photo apart from placing it in an appropriate area of the banner, if the image is poor quality then that's what you will get. By adding a NORMAL photo you agree to the above terms & conditions.

BLENDED PHOTO TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We will crop & blend your photo to the best of our ability, but please understand that we will not & can not spend hours on the details. The plainer the background the better your photo will look.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

*Same day or & next day print & dispatch terms, only available on an Australian Working Day Monday - Friday, Excluding ALL Public Holidays, State Holidays and busy periods like Easter & Christmas. Any order received out of hours, on a public holiday or weekend will be deemed to be received on the next working day.

Our aim is to deliver the banner promptly BUT WE CANNOT guarantee this, because of circumstances out of our control like power outages, breakdowns, weather and any other unforeseen events, that prevent us from printing or dispatching your item.

The Banners are ALL track-able (see postage times above).

VERY IMPORTANT: When placing your order you agree to the above conditions & further agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or credit of any sort, if a third party like (Aust Post) fail to deliver your item ON TIME.

When ordering your banner it is your responsibility to ensure there is plenty of time for your banner to arrive. Your banners are posted from Murray Bridge, SOUTH AUSTRALIA 5253. Please check your express postage time to be sure you receive it on time CLICK HERE.
